Key Responsibilities
* 50-50 responsibility split between driving individual sales and leading a growing team
* Identify and pursue new business development .
* Account Management for a portfolio of accounts
* Be on the road to meet clients and prospects, other times on-site to lead the team
* Provide mentorship and guidance to the Sales team.
* Hiring high-performing sales development representatives.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Work closely with leadership to build and refine the sales structure
About You
* Proven sales leadership experience, ideally within the logistics and supply chain industry
* Business development and key account management skills
* Ability to balance individual sales targets with team leadership
* Comfortable with a mix of office-based work and travel
