The opportunity
As an Associate Account Manager, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our employer partnerships. This involves maintaining robust remote relationships with our identified partners and their primary contacts. Your responsibilities include providing top-notch remote and digital services to a diverse portfolio of employers. Furthermore, you will offer valuable education, content, and campaign support, all delivered remotely and designed to enhance member oues. This role is pivotal in our organisation and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact. We wee industry professionals who are passionate about making a difference.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage a designated portfolio of employer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
2. Foster positive relationships with employer contacts through regularmunication, both via phone and digital channels.
3. Identify opportunities to extend employer contact points, inclusive of HR, Finance, Learning & Development and Finance functions.
4. Assist employers in navigating superannuation-related matters, including contributions, insurance, and fund performance.
5. Leveraging employer relationships, identify opportunities to embed educational, guidance and advice services to staff.
6. Delivery and execution of formalised client Engagement Strategies to all employer accounts to identified employers
7. Identify when there are changes to employer contacts and seek opportunities for face to face engagement
8. Develop and deliver engaging digital content and educational materials related to superannuation.
9. Identify referral opportunities for face to face workplace educational and advice programs
10. Promotion of all Hostplus whole of fund campaigns to portfolio of clients, as well as providing feedback on their effectiveness
11. Promotion of Hostplus advice services in order to generate new financial planning referrals
12. Address employer inquiries,plaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
About you
13. Minimum of 3 years in a client facing role, preferably within superannuation or financial services.
14. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline is desirable
15. RG146 Accreditation is desirable (or will be required immediately uponmencing the role)
16. Demonstrate a solid understanding of superannuation products,pliance requirements, and relevant legislation.
17. Outstanding customer service skills, with ability to build and maintain strong lasting relationships
18. Ability to develop and implement successful account management strategies in a remote environment.
19. Proven ability to develop and grow strong B2B relationships via remote methods and channels.
20. Ability to develop a thorough understanding of our members, and the overall market in which we operate.
21. Technical proficiency in all matters superannuation.
22. Knowledge of the industrial relations environment and superannuation issues (, State/Federal Awards and EBA's).
23. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
24. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
25. Strong Influencing & negotiation skills
