Key Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll, including long service leave, pays, and sick leave
* Input invoices, bills, and perform basic bookkeeping
* Complete reconciliations
* Manage running costs, ensuring bills are paid for all business locations
* Onboard and enter new employees into system
* Provide general customer service, including answering phones, emails, and queries
Required Skills:
* Solid administration background
* Knowledge of basic bookkeeping
* Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
* Proficiency with Reckon accounting software a bonus
* Possess problem solving and critical thinking skills
