Teaching ServicePosition Information
Randwick Boys’ High School (enrolment 665 students, including 2% Aboriginal students, 59% NESB) is a progressive, culturally diverse school servicing the eastern suburbs of Sydney and beyond. The school has a growing reputation in the community and is highly sought after in terms of many local as well as non-local enrolments. There is a strong student welfare focus, including a High Potential and Gifted Education program, learning and support, and Positive Behaviour for Learning. Students excel in various sporting endeavours and we participate in the North-West Sporting Zone, catering for Boys’ schools in metropolitan Sydney. Participation in Creative and Performing Arts is growing, evidenced by the large number of students who are involved in our annual production with Randwick Girls’ High school. The school has a strong tradition of Higher School Certificate (HSC) performance, with over 70% of Year 12 students attending Tertiary Studies with internal and external results improving each year. An active parent body, led by a strong P & C, supports the school in all endeavours.
