With offices all over Australia, this role will work from state of the art facilities in Hawthorn.
All members of staff enjoy complimentary daily breakfast and lunch, pool, sauna, gym, coffee machines, golf simulator…you name it!The Role:On a day to day basis this role will liaise with internal departments and external commercial customers to coordinate, organise and manage upcoming projects and oversee the full administrative remit this process requires.
Working within the project team, you will ensure smooth operations and timely outcomes for all projects.
Duties may include: Management of project calendar – including booking installations & maintenance Ordering of stock for installations Liaising with customers, installers and sales representatives in relation to each install Providing installers with their next day bookings and information relating to the installations Lodging applications to the relevant Energy Providers Following up installers to complete installation paperwork Sending all relevant installation paperwork to the customer including warranty information To be considered for this position, you should have the following expertise: Problem solving, decision making, attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work in a team environment but have the ability to self lead Talent for recognising the opportunities for process improvement in those connections Outstanding written & verbal skills – able to document & present information in a clear & concise way Results driven with an ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Excellent writing and numeracy skills We are really keen to talk to candidates who have solid experience in project coordination and scheduling.
Experience in the renewables or construction sector would be highly regarded, but not essential.
