We are currently seeking an intelligent, organised and experienced Assistant Store Manager at our Adelaide Flagship Boutique. If successful you will help oversee all facets of the business in one of our busiest boutiques.
Reporting to the Store Manager, career growth, coaching and development are guaranteed while undertaking the role. This is not a business where the owners do not know your name or story!
Responsibilities:
o Leading staff
o Efficient maintenance of all bookings
o Handling all money, eftpos and security bonds
o Create and optimise rosters
o Managing stock
The Applicant:
o Previous management experience in a fashion retail environment (preferred but not essential)
o Exceptional organisational skills
o Proven ability to lead and manage a team
o Enthusiasm and initiative
o Ability to think on your feet
o Skilled problem solver
o Understanding of KPIs
o History of achieving strong sales results
o Exceptional Customer Service skills
o Exceptional style and love of all things fashion and luxury
o Preferred – Confident in hand-sewing (very minor repairs such as sewing a button)
