Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported. Lead and mentor team members to deliver excellence in early education. Promote sustainability, creativity, and exploration in daily learning experiences. About You We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who is: Qualified : Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ACECQA approved). Registered : Holds or is eligible for Teacher Accreditation with NESA (if applicable). Passionate : Deeply committed to early learning and fostering each child’s potential. Team-Oriented : Enjoys collaborating with a supportive and dynamic team. Creative : Brings innovative ideas and a sense of wonder to the learning environment. Organized : Excels in managing documentation and adhering to regulatory requirements. Key Requirements Current Working with Children Check (BlueCard) First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis). Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF.
