We're going to make Australia waste free, for all of us.BINGO industries are looking for our newest Control Room Operator; this is an exciting opportunity working on Day Shift out of Orchard Hills.Role & Responsibilities:Loads inspection through PTZ camera on the floor, identify any non-conforming waste and ensuring oversized materials that may block up the plant are removed from main stockpile and do not enter pits.Ensure materials are allocated to the right tipping locations.Managing the tip floor process so that material codes are accurate and following well-designed instructions to ensure steps are being taken such as making sure photos are being uploaded to nav system and customer assessment for any evidence or dispute of charges.Ensure completion of Customer Load Assessment Forms for extra charges and make sure material being tipped is correct to what is quoted on the docket; if there are any changes, they are communicated to the customer, and if they accept the charges, the customer load assessments are completed accurately.Ensure floor processes and procedures are in place and being adhered to during floor operations.Coordinate and manage transfer of materials to and from MPC tip floors - landfill waste, green waste, oversized timber, oversized concrete, NCW.Coordinate and manage tip floor operations and tipping of trucks on the floor to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow and operations.Communicate via 2-way radio and face to face with the weighbridge, machine operators, trucks, traffic controllers, spotters and other relevant stakeholders.What makes you a GOgetter:Experience operating CCTV and/or monitoring systems.Previous stakeholder relationship development and management.Assertive communication and leadership capabilities.Current driver's licence and own transport recommended.What you receive as a GOgetter:Weekly pay for all GOgetters.When you join the BINGO family, you have the chance to make $1500 for every friend you bring to BINGO!Training and progression opportunities within the BINGO family.A strong, employee and safety-driven company culture.Employee benefits such as novated car leasing, discounted health insurance, recognition program and a wide range of retailer discounts.At BINGO we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities and customers we serve.
