Workfront are currently seeking an Apprentice Painter for a growing family-owned business based in Griffith NSW. Duties included but not limited to: Receive hands-on training by working with experienced painters on various projects. Learn painting skills such as preparing surfaces, mixing paint, applying it correctly, and finishing. Assess surfaces for repair, cleaning, and priming before painting. Assist in handling and storing painting materials and equipment. Follow safety rules to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others. Match paint colours accurately to meet customer preferences. Ensure quality painting work by maintaining coverage, consistency, and cleanliness. Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers about project details and progress. To be considered for this position, you would ideally: Be commitment to a 4 year apprenticeship and ongoing TAFE study. Have a demonstrated interest and passion for a Construction trade Have excellent work ethic with a high level of attention to detail Be punctuality, self-disciplined, motivated and genuinely interested in learning.
