Job Description The Logistics and Imports Administration Officer will play a critical role in driving global trade operations forward. By streamlining processes, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth import/export activities, their contributions will directly impact the company's success and reinforce its reputation as an industry leader. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with customers, agents, and clients, handling inquiries and leads with professionalism and care. Documentation Management: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of import/export documentation, facilitating smooth operations. Shipment Coordination: Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange transportation, track shipments, and manage customs clearance. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, purchasing, and finance teams to align activities with overall business goals and improve operational efficiency. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organised records for auditing and compliance purposes. The Successful Applicant What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in administration, preferably in import/export or logistics. Knowledge: Familiarity with customs regulations, trade compliance, and tariff classifications is highly desirable.
