THE POSITION
We currently have multiple positions available working on a rotating roster across a number of sites around Adelaide City. The role is suited to versatile applicants who demonstrate a high level of customer service and are capable of providing support to the Operations Team across our dynamic and expanding portfolio.
Following appropriate induction and training the appointee will:
1. Maintain the operation of car parks at client sites;
2. Ensure that our high customer service standards are maintained;
3. Problem resolution and reporting;
4. Ensure the car parks are tidy and presentable;
5. Liaise closely with key internal and external stakeholders;
6. Monitor and report on car park performance.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your friendly and hardworking nature will play a major role in your success. To be successful in this role you will:
1. Have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service (previous customer service experience ideally in retail, hospitality or other service industries would be advantageous);
2. Be able to communicate well with customers in person and on the telephone; and communicate well with supervisors;
3. Exhibit professional personal presentation;
4. Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
5. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow with the company;
6. Be flexible and available to work early morning, afternoon shifts, overnight and weekends;
7. Possess a full driver licence (preferable);
8. Have technical skills as the role requires fixing car park equipment (training will be provided);
9. Be able to manage competing priorities.
Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
In addition to standard Award Employment Conditions, you will receive uniforms, appropriate training and free parking when working.
