Reporting to the Chief of Private Funding, you will lead and manage corporate partnerships and trusts & foundations, as well as bespoke requests and business development. This involves cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with partners to support the organisation's goals, driving initiatives to secure new partners and expand existing relationships.This is more than a job - it's a chance to make a profound impact on the lives of the world’s most vulnerable children and adults.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and manage partnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing personalised engagement and recognitionContribute to the creation, implementation and review of the Private Funding business planDrive business development initiatives to secure new partners and expand existing relationshipsHandle bespoke partnership requests, ensuring tailored solutions that meet the needs of partnersPrepare and present detailed reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and future opportunitiesDevelop strategic relationships, networks, and partnerships with individual donors and other emerging marketsDevelop strong links with other teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for the Philanthropy segmentLead and support a team of partnership relationship managers to achieve strategic objectivesAchieve financial and non-financial targets on time and within budget, in accordance with established KPIsConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new partnershipsUtilise data analytics to track and report on donor engagement and fundraising performanceWho we’re looking forYou will be a seasoned leader with extensive fundraising experience. You are results driven and enjoy a fast paced dynamic environment.You will have:Experience in major donor portfolio management &/or corporate sales/relationship management disciplinesManagement of sales / fundraising / account management teamsExperience in developing and implementing moves management approachesExperience in liaising with senior management and decision makersAbility to create and implement long term fundraising strategiesStewardship and relationship building knowledgeKnowledge of learning principles and modern training techniquesDegree and/or equivalent experience in a related disciplineThe selection processFor your information, the interviews will start immediately, and the role may be filled before the closing date.We embrace diversity, employing people from a variety of cultural and religious backgrounds.
