Job Title: HR Senior Human Resources AdvisorWe are currently recruiting for an HR Senior Human Resources Advisor for a critical Queensland service. Key responsibilities:Provide strategic HR advice and support: Includes workforce planning, recruitment, and case management activities to deliver practical business outcomes and ensure quality people management practices.Maintain knowledge and awareness: Stay updated on current HR practices and systems, industrial instruments, and emerging trends to ensure compliance and contribute to business improvement.Analyse payroll and employee data: Address individual and broader workforce issues, define risks, and present evidence-based solutions to support decision-making processes.Contribute to HR capability: Design, develop, and deliver procedures, guidelines, and resources both online and face to face.Build effective relationships: Maintain strong connections with key internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts to support HR initiatives and meet desired outcomes.Research and prepare reports: Review and prepare reports, briefs, submissions, and other correspondence in accordance with departmental requirements.Represent the department: Participate in HR projects and working groups to ensure outcomes are delivered within agreed timeframes and meet business and client needs.Contribute to team cohesiveness: Engage in professional development opportunities and promote a positive environment, respecting the views of others.If this role sounds like you, please apply or contact Alison Detaille for a confidential conversation.
