About the company Our client offers engineering support to Australias largest public health service. We are looking for an Administration Officer to join their team to provide administrative support and reception duties. About the role: Under direction from the Senior Administration Support Officer Undertake administrative duties, through the proficient use of our clients computer and software packages. General administration duties include but are not limited to, word processing, data entry, correspondence management, filing, mail distribution and management of key storage and issue system. Provide first point of call, reception, and telephone response services for visitors on arrival to the Engineering Reception Provide professional, considerate conduct befitting the image of Australias largest public health service Carry out accurate data entry and maintenance of multiple information systems used by the Engineering Department Assist with the coordination of all office requirements, including ordering stationery, equipment maintenance and general office presentation Accurately view, record, and retrieve information from our clients office systems including OfficeMax, SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel Maintain record management systems for staff requiring access to interview/meeting rooms, equipment and or vehicles Provide general clerical assistance within a team structure to ensure priority tasks are completed and deadlines met Provide effective communication with staff, contractors and visitors in a respectful and courteous manner using effectual work practices and techniques whilst maintaining confidentiality Prioritise workload effectively and perform duties responsibly in the absence of supervision Skills and experience: Previous experience within Queensland Health (highly desirable) Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite & SAP Current Criminal History Check (within 3 months) Proof of Vaccination Status or willingness to obtain Confident and well-presented Extremely high attention to detail Great communication skills Excellent time management How to Apply If you believe you meet the above criteria please apply and one of our consultants will be in contact with you.
