Your Role
As a Guest Services Manager, you will consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to our guests. You will work with the Front Office Leadership Team to lead and manage the day-to-day operation and long-term strategic planning of the Guest Services department.
* Provide exceptional service and attention to each guest you encounter.
* Encourage your teammates to achieve and be positive.
* Ensure service standards are followed.
* Head of department for Concierge, Bellman and Doorman.
* Act as the Forbes trainer for the Front Office Department.
What We Offer
