The Role This role has a key focus to ensure there is a positive safety culture across the organisation. You will provide high level administration support to the Safety and Wellbeing team. Some tasks you will be responsible for are: Preparing agendas and taking minutes for meetings, invoice processing, coordination and maintenance support on digital platforms and communications, document management, maintaining the incident reporting system, reporting/data analysis and managing correspondence Provide high level administrative support to the injury management/ Workcover function including document management, preparation of return to work plans, WorkCover payroll and seeking reimbursements Coordinate the effective delivery of a range of safety and wellbeing programs, events and training sessions About You As the successful applicant, you will have relevant knowledge and experience in providing high level administrative support. You will also have excellent attention to detail, great customer service skills, proficient and accurate in data entry and accounts processing with the ability to work in a team environment with strong communication, time management and problem solving skills.
