We are dedicated to delivering flexible in-home nursing care options to those in the Aged Care and Disability sector, ranging from 24/7 care to one-hour visits for wound care or diabetes management.We Make Lives Better every day for our clients and care team through our 4 core values:WOW Customer ExperienceFind a Better WayPassionate About Making a DifferencePositions Available: Registered Nurse Disability ExperienceAbout the Role:Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing is at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.Responsibilities:Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate, and personalised.Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.Conduct Nursing Assessments.Skills & Experience:Community nursing would be an advantage.Subacute and disability experience.Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours.Diabetes management.Dementia experience would be an advantage.Leadership experience is an advantage.Work with a supportive and dynamic team.Mandatory Requirements:Passionate about making a difference.A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success.Coachable.AHPRA Registration.Registered or Enrolled Nurse.CPR & First Aid Certification.Car & Valid Drivers Licence.National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector).Working With Children Check.NDIS Worker Screening Approval.NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.Why You’ll Love Us:Our people promise!
