HR Assistant
An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the team as a temporary HR Assistant, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role after three months.
About the Role
This HR Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department, reporting directly to the HR Manager.
* Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparation of contracts and documentation.
* Conduct employee orientation to ensure new hires feel welcome and well-informed.
* Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and manage other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
