Job Description We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or Social Work interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Albany WA. The role is available for both part-time and casual. We welcome new graduates to apply! In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You will have the support of a strong team of driven healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes. Your duties will include: Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants; Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes; Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs; Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionals; Working across various schemes such as workers compensation and employer-funded injury prevention programs; Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes; Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical skills. Qualifications You'll be a driven and energetic professional with the following qualities: A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work or Physiotherapy; Registration with either AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA, AASW or relevant governing body; Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded; Excellent communication skills; Compassion and empathy; Well-developed time management skills; A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
