Aegis has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Residential Aged Care Facility Manager to provide strong leadership at our Aegis Shoreline Facility, being Aegis’ largest Residential Facility with 238 beds. As part of the Aegis executive team, you will be accountable for the day-to-day operations and overall management of all aspects of the Facility, while being empowered to manage and influence your own business unit with support from other professional teams.Reporting to the Executive Manager Operations and Marketing, you will:Drive quality in the delivery of all services including care, therapy, hospitality & customer service to ensure excellence is maintained in line with Aegis’ vision, mission, and values.Provide leadership and expertise to all areas of operation.Provide high quality support to residents and their families.Oversee all aspects of care service and food services delivery are compliant with Aged Care Quality Standards, Aegis policies and procedures and relevant legislation.Manage all material, human and financial resources to ensure their efficient and effective use, including developing and implementing annual business plans and budgets with ongoing management to ensure all targets are achieved.Act as a role model to staff, promoting Aegis’ values in everything you do.Lead, coach and direct all human resources functions to ensure the delivery of all services in terms of Aegis expectations and values.Aegis Shoreline is a state-of-the-art Residential Aged Facility situated in a truly unique location, adjacent to the beach and overlooking picturesque Cockburn Sound.
