The work will be flexible and involve a great balance of safety tasks, design, planning, “hands on” tasks in the workshop and seeing solutions turn into reality on site.Key responsibilitiesSupport the Modular Solutions Business Development team as and when required on quotes and tenders (for example with technical information or schedule development).Support Modular Solutions Project Managers with specific tasks as required including project planning, schedule development and maintenance, technical documentation, procurement documentation, supplier negotiations.Work closely with Engineering Team to ensure timely delivery of quality engineering deliverables.As required, contribute to specific design tasks on a project by project basis.Develop and implement project specific quality assurance documentation for workshop fabrication, factory acceptance testing, site construction and installation and commissioning phases of projects.Undertake site supervision, testing and commissioning tasks.As agreed with Project Managers, liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to monitor progress and provide direction.Contribute to projects being delivered in line with all workplace health and safety and environmental management requirements.Serve as an acting Project Manager as required.What we are looking forMechanical engineering or chemical engineering degree (or equivalent)3-5 years post graduate experience in an engineering roleA valid drivers licenceAbility to understand and interpret data, technical manuals and engineering drawingsAbility to write reports and technical information to communicate with all levelsBe able to work autonomously and be a self-starterMeet deadlines and work effectively with minimal supervisionTechnical understanding of the water and wastewater sector would be highly regardedWhy TRILITY?TRILITY is an established industry leader, solely dedicated to the delivery of water, wastewater and reuse solutions across New Zealand and Australia’s municipal, industrial and resource sectors.You will be part of a vibrant team at Jandakot including managers, project managers, sales and BD personnel, service and workshop technicians, designers, inventory and administrative support.
