Job Title: Graphic Designer Salary: $50 per hour + super Work Schedule: 5 days per week in the office As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the business with a variety of design requests, including presentations, brochures, flyers, and other printed materials. You will work closely with stakeholders, providing expert advice on design, format, and production timelines, while also being accountable for brand management and creative marketing deliverables. Your role will focus on improving brand engagement through digital and print channels, conducting research, and implementing creative solutions aligned with business objectives. Every day, you'll be: Supporting the business with general design requests, e.g. presentations, documents, brochures, flyers, and all other printed collateral. Working with stakeholders, briefing and advising them regarding design, format, print production, and timelines. Being accountable for brand management and marketing deliverables from a creative perspective. Identifying and implementing creative solutions to continuously improve brand engagement through digital and print channels. Continuously conducting research, analyzing findings, developing, and executing solutions based on business objectives. Getting your hands dirty on productive jobs or rolling out campaigns. You must have: Experience working across print and digital channels. Experience using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Figma (or other web-design tools). Basic understanding of web analytics tools. Basic understanding of marketing objectives, channels, and consumer behavior. Experience in a similar role, either Design or Marketing.
