We're looking for a digital expert to enhance the customer journey and digital touchpoints in collaboration with a major retail tenant. Your daily duties will include:
* Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will develop and deliver marketing and e-commerce strategies for all business units
* Drive e-commerce growth and manage partnerships to increase revenue and customer segments
* Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and ensure all collateral adheres to brand guidelines – bring new ideas to the table that will drive campaign results
* Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies, aligning with business goals
* Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet revenue and growth targets
* Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with third-party suppliers to identify and leverage marketing opportunities
* Monitor performance and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, budget utilization, and ROI.
To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes:
* 3 - 5+ years’ similar experience, bringing the relevant digital skillset and e-commerce experience
* Industry experience within all types of retail/ shopping centre or other relevant environments highly regarded
* Tertiary Qualifications preferred
* Strong communicator, both written and verbally
* Experience in implementation of effective marketing strategies, reporting, insights, and recommendations
* Great time management skills and a “finisher”
