The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to provide robust support and manage a variety of tasks efficiently. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities focusing on refining and documenting business processes, social media, marketing, and administrative support.Key Responsibilities:Business Process Innovation:Innovate and develop efficient systems to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.Use strong analytical skills with the capability to assess current processes and propose actionable improvements.Utilise proactive and creative problem-solving, able to generate new ideas and implement effective solutions for business challenges.Social Media and Website Management:Develop and maintain content for social media platforms and company websites to ensure the company's online presence aligns with our brand image.Track analytics and performance of digital content, making strategic recommendations for improvements.Design of Marketing Materials:Coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional documents.Assist in designing forms and documents for internal and external purposes.Business Development Administration:Support executives in organising and maintaining business development initiatives.Assist in identifying prospective clients and compiling market research data.Support initiatives to review, enhance, and update the company’s administrative systems, ensuring they can scale effectively with business growth.General Executive Support:Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling for executives.Manage computer systems storage and organisation to ensure efficiency and security.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a trades-based industry.Knowledge of social media platforms, website management tools, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and administration practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Personal Attributes:Mature, confident, and professional demeanour.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.Positive friendly attitude and willingness to take initiative.The ability to help build and maintain a supportive and collaborative positive business culture.Application Process:To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter to Tim Hennessy, ***@henmaxadvisory.com.au outlining your relevant experience and why you are a great fit for the Executive Assistant position at Retz Plumbing and Civil.
