The Role We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. You will support our current property managers with admin and field tasks, and we will provide comprehensive training on conducting home opens, leasing, and maintenance management. As our company is rapidly expanding, there is potential for you to advance to a property manager role once you are proficient.
The Duties The duties will include, but are not limited to:
Administrative and field support Open homes and property leasing Application processing Tradespeople/Maintenance coordination File/Key collections/drop off Occasional holiday cover for Property Managers Establish excellent relationships with landlords and tenants The Candidate The candidate must have:
Certificate of Registration - Property Management A valid driver's licence and own a reliable car A passion for exceeding expectations in customer service Very strong written and verbal communication skills Great work ethic, self-motivated, and kind Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks A willingness to get the job done and a "can-do" attitude Full Australian working rights The Offer The offer includes:
