How will I help?Westpac are seeking an experienced and strategic Portfolio Leader to lead and manage the UNITE program of work within our data office.This role is critical in ensuring effective portfolio governance, reporting, metrics tracking, and financial performance.The successful candidate will also manage issues and incidents arising from the data program execution, including resolution where appropriate, and lead related activities.Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Management: Oversee the UNITE data program portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Develop and implement governance frameworks, track metrics, and report on financial performance.Issue and Incident Management: Manage JUNO issues and incidents arising from data program execution.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage data program actions, coordinating with various teams for effective execution and delivery.Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance.Communicate governance policies to stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and stay updated on industry trends.
