Clinical Nurse Educator – High Dependency UnitApplications are sought from suitably qualified Registered Nurses to take the next step in expanding their career as a Clinical Nurse Consultant in the High Dependency Unit at Echuca Regional Health.Key responsibilities include:Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team, developing and implementing comprehensive and structured education and training programs for HDU staff.Collaborate with NUM to identify skill gaps, training needs and requirements.Actively participate in the orientation of students, graduates and new employees in HDU.Act as an education mentor, coach and support for clinical nursing staff in HDU.Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice.Qualifications/experience required:Registered Nurse with AHPRA.Post Graduate Qualifications in Critical Care Nursing and extensive relevant experience.Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of trainings.Working for ERH:At ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
