The Role As an ASD Graduate, you will receive bespoke training and be mentored by leading experts in their field. You will be encouraged to try new things, while working across multidisciplinary teams that focus on critical intelligence matters.
During the Canberra-based, 12-month program you will have three rotations in different areas across the agency. You will develop your skills and be able to explore different areas of interest whilst working in a unique and dynamic working environment.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will have a permanent ASD4 role that is relevant to your degree and interests. These roles will be offered in all ASD offices located in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne or Perth.

ASD is seeking applications from highly talented graduates who have completed a bachelor's degree, recognised in Australia, within the past four years or who are currently completing their final year of tertiary study.

Accounting and Finance Administration and Customer Service Auditing, Assurance and Fraud Control Human Resources Infrastructure Information and Knowledge Management Logistics Media and Communications Procurement and Contracting Project and Program management All successful candidates commence the Graduate Program on a salary of $77,638 plus a 4% service allowance and 15.4% superannuation. On successful completion, Graduates will advance to a higher salary.
