Role overview: Lead our national events program, driving member engagement through innovative event experiences while managing stakeholder relationships and concurrent projects.
Core responsibilities: Manage annual events calendar, including National Building Design Awards and CPD eventsOversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning to evaluationImplement digital marketing campaigns to boost event participationBuild and maintain supplier and stakeholder relationshipsManage CRM database and reportingControl event budgets and ROI trackingRequired skills and experience: Proven national events management experienceDigital marketing capabilityStrong interpersonal skillsB2B sector experienceVirtual event platform knowledgeExperience in peak body or industry associationWe're seeking a mature professional who builds strong relationships, thinks strategically, and delivers high-quality events while juggling multiple priorities.
