Roles and responsibilities: Lead development, planning, production and budgeting for organic social media campaigns to increase community growth, engagement and customer acquisition. Content Creation: Collaborate with contractors, agencies and our HQ marketing team in developing marketing assets and content based on social channels’ best practices, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms. You will also foster relationships with charity partners to collaborate on content as well Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and ambassadors to amplify the our clients Australian reach and engage with target audiences authentically. Direct the organic growth of all social media channels, driving revenue and engagement Community Engagement: Cultivate and nurture a vibrant online community by fostering meaningful interactions, responding to comments and messages, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner (this will be managed first hand in early days but by a team or agency as volumes grow) Performance Analysis: Measure and report performance of all social marketing campaigns, assess against goals, and provide insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns Work closely with the Director of Marketing and our digital and creative agencies to maintain alignment across customer journeys from brand consideration to acquisition campaigns Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the brand as well as new promotions that drive sales. Skills and Experience: The successful candidate will posses the following: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 5 years experience managing and developing social media campaigns and content across platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit and various reviews platforms 5 years experience of leading and managing community teams with a track record of building thriving and positive online communities for brands Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Creativity, ability to take initiative and develop new ideas and concepts through to completion at scale Strong project management skills and can work well under pressure towards tight timelines with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and be resourceful, resilient, hands-on and adaptable to get the job done. Commercial acumen and a track record of driving measurable results. Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
