The Position:
1. Supervision of cleaners in relation to day-to-day cleaning, work within building
2. Issuing and managing rosters and accurately logging timesheets
3. Leading a team of up to 10
4. Control of the cleaning budget
5. Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality control and service rotations
6. Receive and respond to emails
7. Review stock levels and complete the orders
8. Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
9. Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

Minimum Criteria:
15. Proven housekeeping experience of high standards. Previous supervisory experience an advantage
16. Knowledge of safe and efficient housekeeping policies and procedures
17. Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high level cleaning with an eye for detail
18. National Police clearance, within 3 months of issue
19. Self motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
20. The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
21. Professional presentation and customer service
22. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management
