As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. About Goodstart Proserpine Goodstart Early Learning Proserpine is conveniently located within walking distance of the town centre, near local businesses, schools, and the hospital. It caters to children from six weeks to school age, welcoming all new families to be part of our inclusive centre. Diverse team of educators, including two degree-qualified Early Childhood Teachers delivering the Queensland Government-approved Kindergarten program.
