CFC Operations Manager (Assistant Site Manager)
The Assistant CFC Manager role exists to ensure optimal CFC operational performance across all departmental activities. This role will lead, manage, and support teams to ensure processes are completed and orders are picked correctly and delivered on time for our Online customers. This role will report directly to the Customer Fulfillment Centre Manager.

As the Assistant CFC Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:
* To support the CFC Manager to drive the WooliesX and Woolworths Group strategy within the CFC to ensure delivery of the eCom strategy
* Support the Department Managers in leading their teams, checking all processes are being completed, and continuously reviewing if tasks can be done in a better way to improve efficiency
* Review key customer metrics daily
* Work closely with the Payroll and Admin Manager to ensure recruitment is maintained and teams are rostered correctly
* Collaborate with our Online Commercial and Online Replenishment teams to improve customer satisfaction
* Engage with the local community to strengthen positive relationships and build the Woolworths brand
* Lead the CFC in the absence of the CFC Manager
* Identify & develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group
* Engage with other CFC teams to share best practice

When you will be needed
This is a full time position requiring flexible availability to work as per business needs, including overnight and weekend shifts.
