This stand-alone role will drive initiatives that align with the mission, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure compliance with HR best practices. Responsibilities include:Policy creation, review, and implementation;Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, engagement, performance, and exit processes;Ensure compliance with the SCHADS Award and Australian employment laws;Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention;Support the CEO and leadership team with strategic advice and cultural strengthening.ProfileExperience in not-for-profit will be highly regarded;Extensive experience in HR strategy and policy implementation;Demonstrated knowledge of Australian employment law and SCHADS Award compliance;Proven ability to lead cultural change, enhance engagement, and drive performance;Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.Job OfferJanuary Start;Genuine seat at the leadership table;$140,000 - $160,000 + superannuation (depending on experience);Salary Sacrificing;100% remote.To apply online, please click the 'Apply' button below.
