To excel in this role it is essential you have - At least 5 years experience within Health or Pharmaceutical sales as an Account / Territory Manager Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and growth, aligning with broader organisational goals. Maintain accurate customer and sales data to inform business decisions and optimise outcomes. Ensure exceptional management of key accounts, meeting customer needs and adhering to quality standards. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their long-term objectives and identifying growth opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Ensure customer retention, achieve a 98% accuracy rate in billing, and maintain a 100% contract renewal rate. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to meet customer fulfilment needs and achieve sales goals. Negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance and profitability while tracking renewals and mitigating risks. Resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly (within 24 hours) and maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
