One of the ultimate outcomes of recruiting a Support Worker for a Client or Participant is for the Participant to develop a strong connection with the Support Staff. We believe that a strong connection is built by the high quality of care delivered and a solid personality match. We find the joy in connecting care Your Role You will be the “Connection” Wizard. You will liaise with the Clients and Participants and understand exactly the type of person they are looking for. You will then use your recruitment prowess and leadership skills to find great Support Staff for them. You will lead a team to build on our community of exceptional support staff. You will be required to call existing and prospective clients to schedule meetings with them to design and sell a staffing solution that solves their workforce problems. We have a large number of major national contracts and identified opportunities that require your talents to convert into business. You will then obviously be spending a lot of time being hands-on with recruitment activities, but also managing your recruitment team to find fantastic Support Staff in your region. You will have a dedicated region that you look after. Your team will consist of Resources and Allocators that will look to you for guidance, coaching and vision for what can be achieved in the region.
