Those from a Sports Medicine or Orthopaedic background would be of high priority for this role.About the RoleWith a key focus on enabling the successful execution and implementation of Arthrex's commercial strategy for Australia and localising it for your market, surgeon customer groups and direct reports. You will build and manage a successful sales team to achieve annual sales targets across Arthrex's product portfolio. Your ability to prioritise the dual responsibilities of leadership as well as maintaining a surgeon customer group of your own will be key to ongoing sustained success.Provide leadership by example to an existing sales force that you will help guide and set targets for in line with the overall Australia commercial strategyAssist your team in meeting and exceeding set sales/commercial targetsSupport the operations function with sales forecasts and demand plan requirementsLead by example recruitment and retention within your team, performance management, development training, succession planning etc.Drive inter-departmental cooperation with Operations, Marketing, Finance and other teams to ensure the successful execution of your strategy within SA/NTAbout the RequirementsSuccessful track record of sales success in Sports Medicine/Orthopaedics and cultivating successful surgeon relationships.Demonstrated leadership traits or alternatively prior management of a team.Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customersExcellent communication, time management and prioritisation skillsAbility to coordinate successfully across departments and implement and design successful territory business plans.About ArthrexArthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
