A few of our immediate requirements are as follows with plenty of ongoing work!Adelaide or Brisbane: To provide coverage across Eastern Australia you will be based in our Adelaide office (or Brisbane office dependent on location) and be able to do ad hoc site visits.Mackay, QLD: Must reside in Mackay or be local.Murrin Murrin: 2 x HSE Advisors for major shutdown.
Must be able to commence 20 May and have previous shutdown experience.Tom Price: 2 x Advisors required | Permanent roles.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIncident investigations and management- Injury management- Audits and inspections- Training and coaching- System reviews & data analysis- Facilitate HSE meetings & manage Risk Management Workshops- Documentation preparation- A high focus on life saving commitments- Preparation and delivery of toolbox and campaign material- Adhoc coverage across sites during shutdowns and outages- Daily/weekly site visitsEnsure that all HS&E processes comply with the requirements of KAEFER and client policies, procedures and project specifications, as identified in the contract document and HSE management plan(s).Participate in the periodic review of processes and the system of audit for HS&E to ensure proper alignment with Client and Corporate goals and targets, plus areas of continuous improvement.Investigate HS&E near misses and incidents with outcome of investigation produced in a timely and professional manner.Review incident reporting (including near misses) and provide input as appropriate to corrective actions and prevention.ABOUT YOUMin.
