About the Role The Assistant Manager is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant whilst performing their duties.
They will be Guest obsessed, providing outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to our guests, through their people.
Duties Conduct structured training for crew members Deliver individual coaching & mentoring sessions Develop shift plans Monitor production controls Complete business reporting for sales, service & safety Maintain profitability by closely monitoring costs Manage all shift safety & hygiene requirements Skills & Experience Retail or Hospitality leadership experience preferable Exceptional organisational & time management skills Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly Be willing to provide a current Police Clearance Certificate if successful Management Training Plan If successful – you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and business.
