The applicable Attack Helicopter Systems Program Office (AHSPO) are now seeking an experienced and effective leader to occupy their Deputy Director/Contract Manager EL 2 position in order to support the implementation of this complex procurement.The Deputy Director's responsibilities are critical for ensuring the successful acquisition and ongoing sustainment of this advanced war-fighting asset. As Deputy Director you will be responsible for leading a highly skilled, diverse, multi-discipline team focusing on delivering business and commercial activities including, but not limited to, contracting, procurement, workforce, financial management, security, data integrity, records management, governance and quality assurance.This role requires a flexible and adaptive mentor to align with Defence's constantly changing priorities whilst achieving the essential business outcomes.The Deputy Director position will provide expert guidance to key stakeholders on Defence's evolving strategic posture, monitor outcome-based performance and the administrative processes required to achieve business success.As the EL 2 contract manager you will also plan and manage various resources with appropriate delegation and advanced reporting.
