The Company:

The Role:
* Review data in Ellipse and create purchase orders
* Issue works/services tenders, with training provided
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative and departmental procurement requirements
* Provide administrative support to the Procurement team as needed
* Promote procurement as a key business function to departmental staff
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with KPIs and performance monitoring
* Handle enquiries in the absence of senior staff, demonstrating professionalism and initiative
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within a government or large organization
* Proficiency in using Ellipse or similar systems for data review and purchase order creation
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail in managing procurement documentation
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with measurable KPIs
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative when supporting senior staff
