Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries
* Manage and schedule staff, ensuring the team's skillset is matched to each project
* Handle rostering and scheduling of staff for various projects
* Manage fleet operations, including truck bookings, freight planning, and fleet maintenance
* Oversee and coordinate logistics for multiple events and exhibitions simultaneously
* Handle inventory management and logistics coordination
* Support event setup and breakdown activities
* Interact with a large number of stakeholders, becoming a key person in our operations
* Quickly adapt to changing circumstances and make swift decisions to ensure smooth operations
* Interact with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and machinery
* Manage purchase orders and other administrative tasks
* Provide support to the Operations Office
* Work alongside project managers to ensure seamless execution of events
* Develop and implement systems and procedures to promote continuous improvement
* Ensure adherence to Workplace Health and Safety guidelines
Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Enthusiastic and eager to learn about logistics and operations
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Quick thinker with the ability to solve problems on the go
* Experience in managing teams and interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds
