What will be your key responsibilities?
* Grow the Business: Discover new distribution opportunities, expand our shelf presence, and ensure our products dominate in your territory
* Hit your Target: Use market insights, data, and customer knowledge to drive sales and exceed revenue goals.
* Own Your Territory: Take charge of building distribution and ensuring top-tier visibility for our brands in Independent and Key Account stores
* Drive Engagement: Promote our products, launch exciting innovations, and present to key stakeholders with confidence and enthusiasm
* Team Collaboration: Be part of a vibrant, passionate team that celebrates success and supports each other every step of the way.
What are we looking for?
* A degree in Commerce, Sales, or related field, plus relevant experience
* A proven track record of hitting KPIs and surpassing targets
* Strong interpersonal skills with then ability to build meaningful, influential relationships with stakeholders
* A creative problem-solver who can adapt and thrive in a fast-moving environment
* Excellent analytical skills with experience using tools like PowerBi and Excel to make data-driven decisions.
