We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Motel Housekeeper to join our team at Hi Craft Motel in Ballina, NSW.
As a full-time Motel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and common areas, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming environment for our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and public restrooms Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the management team Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assisting with laundry duties as needed Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to guest requests What we're looking for
Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a motel or hotel setting Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness Excellent time management and organisational skills to efficiently complete tasks A friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team Physical fitness and stamina to perform the duties of the role What we offer
