As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead financial strategy development, drive improvements in financial processes, and partner with senior management in a collaborative way.

Key Responsibilities
* Financial Strategy Development: Develop financial strategy aligning with long-term goals, reviewing investment opportunities, and advising CEO and Board on financial performance and risks.
* Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and support finance team to help them thrive, ensuring work aligns with broader objectives.
* Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning to ensure sustainability and success.
* Diversifying Funding Sources: Identify new sources of funding, reducing reliance on government grants and donations.
* Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure financial processes are secure, compliant, and transparent.
Requirements
* Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire and guide finance team.
* Strategic Thinking: Translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
* Communication: Explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
* Experience: At least 5 years in a senior finance role, preferably in the corporate sector.
* Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field, CPA/CA qualification required.

What They Offer
Competitive salary ($180,000 - $200,000 p.a., negotiable based on experience).
