9D Care is a leading disability support service provider with a mission to enhance the lives
of individuals through high-quality, tailored care. We provide comprehensive, NDIS-funded and privately funded support services, including personal care, social and
community participation, household assistance, and specialised care for non-NDIS
participants. We seek an experienced and dedicated Business Development
Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and promote our essential
services to a broader audience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Target Setting
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals to drive
revenue growth.
* Set and monitor sales targets to maximize market penetration and service
uptake.
* Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded while
fostering strong client relationships.
Marketing & Promotion
* Formulate and implement marketing strategies that effectively communicate 9D
Care's mission, services, and value proposition to prospective clients,
stakeholders, and the general public.
* Develop initiatives to strengthen brand image, improve brand loyalty, and
increase customer engagement.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including NDIS participants,
WorkCover, TAC clients, and self-funded individuals, ensuring the highest quality
of service delivery.
* Understand the unique needs of our clients and match them with suitable
disability support workers, optimising satisfaction and retention.
Brand Management & Public Relations
* Oversee brand management strategies to enhance and preserve the company's
image and reputation within the disability support sector.
* Develop strategies for effective public relations and communications to increase
brand visibility and strengthen 9D Care's presence in the disability support
market.
Business Development & Market Expansion
* Identify new business opportunities to expand 9D Care's market presence,
including potential partnerships, new service offerings, and untapped geographic
areas.
* Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to identify
growth opportunities and shape the company's long-term growth strategy.
Requirements:
* Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or higher
qualification).
* 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the healthcare,
disability support, or community services sector.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing
strategies that drive growth.
* Strong understanding of NDIS and non-NDIS funding structures and the
disability support landscape in Australia.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
environment
