About the Role
This is more than just an Office Manager/Executive Assistant position. You’ll provide vital support to the Managing Partner while also overseeing various functions such as marketing coordination, vendor management, and overall office management. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, coordinating office events and team functions, and ensuring seamless daily operations. This role offers a diverse range of tasks, significant responsibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact within the team.
Duties
* Be the face of the office, welcoming visitors and clients professionally
* Coordinate meetings, manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, and book travel
* Oversee office supplies and facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly
* Plan team functions and assist with staff onboarding and systems setup
* Provide general admin support, including mail handling, expenses, and event coordination
* Coordinate social media posts and marketing updates for the company’s LinkedIn and website
* Assist in creating and maintaining marketing collateral and client-facing materials
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in EA/Admin roles, experience in financial services is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
* Strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information
* Experience in event planning and travel coordination
