Being part of this established centralised function of Statewide Clinical Nursing team, you will be working with a team of passionate, like-minded professionals.
With a dedicated focus on providing nursing care and leadership, support and guidance to other care staff in the provision of quality care based on assessed client needs that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community.
Your part in our Centralised Clinical Team As our Clinical Nurse, you will be allocated a service portfolio and have the opportunity to lead and inspire the frontline clinical team through the provision of supervision, guidance and mentorship.
The role will hone into your effective decision making and clinical experience where you will provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns.

You will be an experienced clinician, with considerable experience within an acute or aged care environment.
You'll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service.
You'll present with:
