What's so exciting about this role?
As an integral member of our Seller Success Team, you will provide support to our business partners by responding to business enquiries, while also liaising closely with other departments across the business, to make things happen. This is a Full-Time role, working 38 hours, across shifts through the week between 8am to 6pm.
What Does An Average Day Look Like?
No day is average at humm but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:
1. Helping the business operationally and engaging with our business partners.
2. Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
3. Responding to inbound calls/emails from current merchant partners in relation to the humm products and services.
4. Managing client queries and building business relationships.
5. Liaising and working closely with other departments to reach the required outcome.
