Contracts Administrator - Eva Copper Mine Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support) Full time The Eva Copper Mine (ECM) is located in North West Queensland approximately 75km north-west of Cloncurry.The greenfield Eva Copper Mine Project is a significant and strategically important project for Harmony Gold Mining Company Pty Ltd. The Project will be the largest mining operation in North West Queensland with a minimum mine life of 15 years, and will involve mining multiple open cut pits providing copper bearing ore to a concentrator.The project is permitted, and the mine site will include development of these pits, a copper concentrator, associated processing and non-processing services and infrastructure including tailings storage facilities, waste rock dumps, water management facilities, power generation and an accommodation village.Harmony is currently preparing to progress the Execution Phase of the Eva Copper Mine Project in support of achieving near term 1st production and are seeking highly motivated and experienced people to join our growing project delivery and operations teams.The Execution Phase will commence with front-end engineering and design, and in parallel preliminary site works will also be progressed in support of full project execution post final investment decision.We currently have a vacancy for a talented Contracts Administrator to join our project team based in Milton.This is a maximum term role aligned with the project completion and close out, anticipated to be 31 December 2027.Responsibilities include:Provision of end-to-end contracts administration.Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate periodic review meetings.Validation of progress claims and preparation of payment certificates.Maintain registers such as bank guarantees, retentions, and other as required.Administer ERP and document management systems relevant to contract documents.Provide periodic analysis and reporting on contract spend and performance (KPIs).Conduct meetings and liaise with various stakeholders to resolve administrative issues.Analysis of cost data against forecasts and budgets.Support other interfaces including but not limited to logistics, project controls, procurement, and other discipline areas.
